It doesnt die to Stomp, it blocks reasonably, it doesnt even die to Lightning Strike if you can sneak a Curious Obsession on it, and whilst its not a card you really want against slower decks, at least you can hold it open alongside countermagic, and it flies over Zombie tokens, so it is far from the worst
Im leaving aside payoffs that care specifically about Blood tokens, Incubator tokens, and Zombie tokens for similar reasons
