Yes. New Jersey Medicaid managed care plans cover certified home health aide services for members who qualify. CarePoint works with NJ FamilyCare managed care plans, and we can help you find out whether the person you care for is eligible.

What does a certified home health aide actually do?
A CHHA helps with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, mobility, medication reminders and companionship — all in the client's own home, working under the supervision of one of our registered nurses.
How do I become a certified home health aide in New Jersey?
You complete a state-approved CHHA training program and pass certification. CarePoint runs a training program and places graduates with clients across New Jersey. See our training program.
