Certified home health aides (CHHA)
Our certified home health aides help clients stay independent at home with hands-on personal care and everyday support, working under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Available under Medicaid, CAHC, Veterans programs and private pay
Community-based skilled nursing
Licensed nurses deliver clinical care in the home, so clients can recover or manage a long-term condition without a facility stay.
- Registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs)
- Medication management
- Wound care
- Chronic condition monitoring
- Care plans tailored to individual health needs
Developmental disability support
Direct support professionals work with individuals to build life skills, take part in their community and pursue personal goals.

Veterans services
- We provide home care to VA-approved clients

- We provide home care to JACC-approved clients
- Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving
Private pay
- Care arranged directly, with no programme eligibility required
- Flexible hours, from a few hours a week to daily support
